Payment and Delivery<\/h1>\n

The Seller offers several payment and delivery options to ensure convenient and secure order fulfillment.<\/p>\n

      3. Parcel Locker Delivery<\/h4>\n

      The customer can choose delivery to an Omniva, DPD, or Venipak parcel locker.<\/p>\n

      During checkout, the Customer selects their preferred parcel locker.<\/p>\n

      Once the shipment has been handed over to the delivery partner, the Customer will receive a delivery notification and instructions for collecting the parcel.<\/p>\n

      The storage period in the parcel locker is determined in accordance with the terms of the respective delivery provider.<\/p>\n

      If the parcel is not collected within the specified time and is returned to the store, reshipment may be arranged for an additional fee.<\/p>\n

      4. Courier Delivery<\/h4>\n

      For courier delivery, the Customer must provide an exact delivery address and a contact phone number.<\/p>\n

      If necessary, the courier service may contact the Customer to \u0443\u0442\u043e\u0447ify delivery details or delivery time.<\/p>\n

      If delivery is not possible due to incorrect information provided by the Customer or the Customer\u2019s unavailability, the delivery time may be extended or the delivery may be cancelled.<\/p>\n

      The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the actions of delivery partners, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Seller\u2019s control.<\/p>\n

      5. In-Store Pickup<\/h4>\n

      The Customer may choose to collect the order at the Seller\u2019s physical store \u2013 C\u0113su iela 31 K-2, Vidzemes priek\u0161pils\u0113ta, R\u012bga, LV-1012.<\/p>\n

      The order can be collected only after receiving a notification that it is ready for pickup.<\/p>\n

      When collecting the order, the Seller may request the order confirmation or other information to identify the order.<\/p>\n

      If the order is not collected within a reasonable time, the Seller is entitled to contact the Customer to arrange further order fulfillment or cancellation.<\/p>\n

      6. Delivery Timeframes<\/h4>\n

      Delivery timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, holiday periods, or other objective circumstances.<\/p>\n

      If a significant delivery delay is expected, the Customer will be informed using the contact information provided in the order.<\/p>\n

      7. Complaints and Customer Support<\/h4>\n

      In case of any questions or complaints, the Customer may contact the Seller using the contact information or contact form provided on the website.<\/p>\n

      Complaints are reviewed within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable legal requirements.<\/p>\n
