Right of Withdrawal<\/h1>\n

When concluding a distance contract and making a purchase in the online store, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating any reason.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers in accordance with applicable legal regulations and does not apply to legal entities.<\/p>\n

1. Withdrawal Period<\/h4>\n

The withdrawal period is calculated as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • if a single item has been ordered \u2013 from the day the Customer or the person designated by the Customer has received the goods;<\/li>\n
  • if several items ordered in a single order are delivered separately \u2013 from the day the last item is received;<\/li>\n
  • if the goods are delivered in multiple batches or parts \u2013 from the day the last batch or part is received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit a withdrawal notice within 14 days electronically or in another written form and provide information that allows the order to be identified.<\/p>\n

    After submitting the withdrawal notice, the Customer must return the goods no later than within 14 days.<\/p>\n

    3. Inspection and Condition of the Goods<\/h4>\n

    During the withdrawal period, the Customer has the right to inspect the goods to the same extent as would be possible when examining the goods in a physical store prior to purchase.<\/p>\n

    The Customer is liable for any decrease in the value, quality, or safety of the goods if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/p>\n

    When returning the goods, the Customer must ensure appropriate packaging for safe transportation.<\/p>\n

    4. Return Procedure and Costs<\/h4>\n

    The goods may be returned:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • by delivering it to the return location specified by the Seller;<\/li>\n
    • by sending it using available delivery services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If the withdrawal is not related to non-conformity of the goods, damage, or incorrect delivery, the return costs shall be borne by the Customer.<\/p>\n

      5. Refund<\/h4>\n

      After receiving the withdrawal notice and the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, the Controller shall refund the received payments as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days.<\/p>\n

      The refund is made to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form.<\/p>\n

      The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the Customer provides proof of dispatch of the goods.<\/p>\n

      6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised<\/h4>\n
